AI Process Review
A standalone product in development for identifying recurring process-design issues, evidence gaps and questions that deserve experienced human review.
The problem
Transformation teams repeatedly encounter unclear ownership, duplicated controls, unmanaged exceptions, fragmented inputs and measures that miss the end-to-end outcome.
A first review can take substantial senior time, while conclusions are often hard to trace back to the source material. AI Process Review is designed to structure that first pass without pretending to replace practitioner judgment.
Who it is for
Leaders who need a clearer view of handoffs, exceptions, controls and end-to-end outcomes.
Practitioners prioritizing redesign, automation or AI opportunities across a portfolio of processes.
Decision-makers who need an evidence-linked starting point before committing people, technology or budget.
How the review works
The review uses controlled diagnostic patterns and explicit evidence links. It surfaces questions and hypotheses; it does not make an operational decision on the user's behalf.
Clarify the intended outcome, actors, stages, decisions, handoffs, controls and known exceptions.
Compare the material with a controlled library of process antipatterns and record the supporting evidence.
Summarize findings, confidence, missing context, questions and redesign hypotheses for practitioner validation.
Validate context, challenge unsupported conclusions and decide what merits deeper analysis or action.
Current status
This page is a project overview on Dmitry's personal professional site, not the production host for AI Process Review.
Why this project
Dmitry's work has connected customer journeys, product ownership, national payment infrastructure, marketplace fintech, B2B transaction banking, risk, operations and adoption.
AI Process Review turns that practice into a more consistent diagnostic layer: one that keeps ownership, controls, evidence and measurable outcomes visible while using AI where it can accelerate structured analysis.
Important limitations
AI Process Review provides a structured first-pass diagnostic. It does not replace professional, legal, regulatory, compliance, security or operational review.
This personal site accepts no process description or file. Send only high-level context and do not include confidential information. The independent product does not yet have a public URL, so no external product link is shown.
